Presenting a wealth of NHS information and advice on a television screen, using simple remote control navigation and keeping to the UK’s digital tv authoring guidelines and technical constraints was a considerable task, requiring a huge amount of planning and thought to sectionalise content and to make it accessible through logical, ergonomic hierarchical menu systems.
The project also required working to strict branding guidelines.
